Suite 16 offers an open concept living area with a large glass slider door to the deck, the ideal spot for watching dolphins pass by and sunrises over the ocean each day! The living room includes tasteful decor and a flat screen TV with access to Roku apps! A new, fully stocked kitchen is located off of the living area and has everything you need for your vacation. The large kitchen island provides plenty of space for family to spend time together while preparing meals or enjoying stories of the day’s adventures.
The Master suite is furnished with a king bed, has it’s own private luxury bathroom, provides direct access to covered porch with ocean views, and includes a Juliet balcony with ocean views. The second King bedroom shares a full bathroom with the hallway and has it’s own Juliet balcony. The third bedroom includes a Pyramid Bunk bed with a trundle and it’s own private bathroom and Juliet balcony. All three bedrooms offer Roku flat screen TV’s with access to video and music streaming apps.
The ground level includes a two-car garage that can accommodate two vehicles depending on their size. Nearby paid street parking is first come first serve on Seagull Street.
An open outdoor shower is available to rinse off in after a long day in the sand and sun plus a Weber propane grill to cook up the fresh catch of the day.
**For those with mobility issues, this newly built one level condo offers a private elevator. Otherwise, it is an easy one story walk up. Please let our office know in advance if you require use of the elevator because of mobility issues.”**

Parking instructions:
There are 2 garage spaces available, depending on vehicle size. Vehicles are not allowed to stick out of driveway into the street. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment and are conveniently located in the garage including two 24″ bikes and four 26″ bikes (please bring your own helmets), 8 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, board, boogie boards, beach buggy, cooler, bocce ball and other beach items.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
